About IFSC Search

Welcome to IFSC Search (ifscsearch.in), your independent directory for Indian banking codes. Our mission is to simplify digital banking by providing easy access to IFSC codes, MICR codes, and branch details for banks operating in India.

What Problem Does It Solve?

With thousands of bank branches across the country, finding the exact IFSC or MICR code required for electronic fund transfers (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI) can be tedious. IFSC Search aggregates and normalizes this public data into a fast, searchable interface.

How Is The Data Obtained?

Our primary banking data is sourced periodically from the official Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) public directories. Postal data is sourced from India Post open datasets. We use automated data pipelines to retrieve, clean, and structure this data for easier public access.

Who Operates The Website?

IFSC Search is owned and operated by GuruLabs.
Independence Statement: IFSC Search is an independent informational website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), any bank, or any government organization.
